Urinary incontinence (leaking)
A heavy feeling in the vagina
A feeling of something being “in there”
A noticeable bulge near the opening of the vagina
Low back ache or pain
Pelvic ache or pain
Abdominal ache or pain
Pain with sex
Lack of sensation during sex
Difficulty in penetration during sex
Frequent or urgent need to urinate
Difficulty urinating or emptying bladder completely
Recurrent urinary tract infections
Frequent or urgent need to defecate (also RP*)
Difficulty defecating
Constipation (also RP*)
Inability to defecate
Vaginal bleeding
Inability to keep a tampon in
Feeling of persistent hemorrhoids with bowel
   movements (RP*)
Anal protrusion (like it's turning inside-out) (RP*)
Itching, hurting, or bleeding anus (RP*)
Pain with bowel movement (RP*)
