Enterocele
(Back vaginal wall)

Enterocele is the prolapse of the small intestines into the vaginal wall. Enterocele may cause incomplete emptying of the bowels and an aching feeling in the low back or pelvis. It is most common after a hysterectomy. Enterocele often occurs with other types of prolapse.
